A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for Information Sciences and Systems, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The Research Fellow's role is to work on research project involving radar signal processing and machine learning for radar vibrometry and through-barrier speech acquisition applications.

Job Description:

• Contribute to the development of signal processing and machine learning algorithms to support through-barrier speech signal acquisition using radar technology
• Algorithms should incorporate data from radar array
• Implement and assess signal processing algorithms
• Establish a data collection system and contribute to data collection of designed scenarios
• Contribute to the project reporting, documentation, and top-tier publications

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or other related fields
• Research expertise in radar signal processing and/or machine learning
• Familiar with programming languages, such as MatLab and Python
• Driven, passionate, self-starter, team player, innovative and quality focused
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Good communication skills both in verbal and written
• Have experience in publishing in top-tier journals and top-tier conferences
