Data Engineer (With ITSM PM)
- Perform ITSM platform operational maintenance.
- ITSM setup and configuration that adhere to the current ITSM process.
- ITSM platform patching, upgrade, and maintenance works.
- Implement ServiceNow ITSM features and modules according to the company's requirements.
- Suggest additional modules/features necessary to fulfil the needs of ServiceNow users and departments.
- Furnish bi-weekly updates to the company regarding enhancements, issues, and resolutions.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Developers to address any changes in project scope.
- Offer administrative support for matters related to IT service delivery and management.
- Undertake the support and maintenance responsibilities for the IT Service Management tool.
- Strategize, test, and deploy enhancements to the IT Service Management Tool, subject to management approval.
- Aid in gathering data and information for Change Advisory Board Meetings.
