IT Sales Executive

- Develop a deep understanding of the IT products and services offered by the company. This includes hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and more.
- Understand the specific IT needs and challenges of potential clients. This involves conducting a thorough analysis of their current technology infrastructure and future requirements
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure customer retention
- Provide post-sale support and services to assigned clients. This may involve coordinating with technical teams, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Perform sales quotation on IT Products/Services to clients.
- Assist to handle complaints and resolve any issues from customers
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- At least 1 year of IT sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
Basic Salary + Commission + Mobile Allowance
