What you will be working on
The IT Asset Management Executive/ Assistant Manager will contribute to the Board’s efficiency and cost savings by managing IT assets effectively as well as ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The key responsibilities would cover the following

• Develop, maintain and support processes and procedures necessary for IT asset (hardware and software) lifecycle management
• Manage IT assets and inventories and maintain accurate records in relevant databases
• Coordinate IT asset management efforts with internal stakeholders
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities where possible to reduce manual processes
• Assist with the development and implementation of reporting to optimize internal efficiencies and support proactive asset management
• Provide support to IT asset management activities
What we are looking for
• Minimally 2 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role
• Good knowledge of IT asset life cycle management, IT hardware, software and licensing
• Familiarity in asset management tools and software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience
