Job Summary:

Role: QA Lead

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Integration Testing QA Lead to oversee end-to-end integration testing activities across multiple systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong automation expertise, solid Core Java programming knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities. This role requires hands-on technical involvement, and the ability to manage and mentor QA team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in QA, with strong focus on Integration Testing.

- Proven experience in a QA Lead or senior automation role with team handling responsibilities.

- Solid Core Java programming knowledge with the ability to build and maintain automation frameworks.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and integration of automation pipelines is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities.

Strong hands-on experience in API Automation using:

- HTTP Client / Jersey Client

- Rest Assured

Strong experience in UI Automation using:

- Selenium WebDriver with Java

- Playwright (preferred or additional advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage integration testing activities across multiple applications, APIs, and backend systems.

- Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks using HTTP Client, Jersey Client, and Rest Assured.

- Develop and execute UI automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and/or Playwright.

- Review and enhance existing automation frameworks to improve stability, scalability, and maintainability.

- Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to understand integration points and system dependencies.

- Drive test strategy, test planning, and test execution for integration testing phases.

- Monitor and manage defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members.

- Host status meetings and ensure transparent communication of risks, issues, and progress.

- Ensure CI/CD integration of automation suites and promote continuous testing practices.
