Responsibilities

• Engage customers by explaining product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
• Recommend suitable mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays to enhance the shopping experience
• Build and nurture customer relationships to develop a loyal client base
• Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently during sales transactions
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
• Adapt to training and continuously learn about new products and retail techniques
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support store operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, tech, or gadget retail
• Fluency in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with diverse customers
