We are looking for a Lead Technician to take full ownership of our data center environments in Singapore. You aren't just a pair of hands; you are responsible for the uptime, organization, and professional standards of our physical infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Site Ownership: Take responsibility for the neatness, security, and operational health of our racks and white space.
• Expert Installation: Rack, stack, and secure high-end servers and network gear with precision.
• Perfect Cabling: Lead the routing and labeling of fiber and copper. We expect "show-room" quality cable management.
• Hardware Repairs: Independently troubleshoot and fix hardware failures (Fans, RAM, HDD) to minimize downtime.
• Logistics: Manage incoming shipments and keep a strictly organized inventory.

What You Need

• Experience: 5+ years in a Tier 3/4 Data Center.
• Accountability: A proactive mindset-you see a problem and you own the solution.
• Technical Skill: Expert knowledge of cabling standards and server hardware.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 23kg and travel between Singapore sites on short notice.
• Communication: Clear, professional, and reliable.
