The DIGITAL ART DIRECTOR (DAD) position at Convertium is suitable for a senior digital designer with a strong portfolio of web designs at the intersection of beauty and utility.

You must also have good people-skills and are able to mentor junior designers. As DAD, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of:

• creative concept
• design language
• interaction design
• visual communication
• user interface design
• typography
• aesthetics

You must be a formally-trained designer with a solid appreciation of design philosophy and principles. In addition, you need to be current with the latest trends and standards in digital and web design.

At Convertium, you will be exposed to many types of digital creative work, from mission-critical websites to innovative e-marketing projects. Career progression includes team leadership and strategic consulting roles.
