You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Platforms and Devices Engineering Infrastructure and Operations (PDEIO) is responsible for engineering productivity, infrastructure, and release efficiency for Android, Chrome Browser, ChromeOS, and other products and services at Google.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional programs. You will work with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive end-to-end programs execution for Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Qualifications

- Be responsible for program scoping, planning, creating and managing integrated schedules, setting milestones and program tracking.
- Use leadership, product and technical judgment to drive program delivery, and working with engineering teams.
- Navigate multiple work streams, functional and technical concepts, and conversations across different areas and stakeholders to drive collaboration.
- Define launch metrics for AI features for partner teams.
- Standardize the approach for data collection, training, and feedback pipelines to facilitate expansion of AI features to stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications
- 4 years of experience with managing technical projects.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership.
- Experience in testing and launching software products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver solutions in a changing environment.
