Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and App Engine solutions to optimize IT service management workflows and customer service operations
- Implement ServiceNow configurations that improve process efficiency and increase operational visibility for stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and engage with clients to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Utilize at least 4 years of hands-on experience to troubleshoot, customize, and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and App Engine modules
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through client-facing interactions and project collaboration
