Job Summary

You will leverage your hands-on ServiceNow expertise to design, implement, and configure solutions that streamline IT processes, enhance service visibility, and improve service delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and App Engine solutions to optimize IT service management workflows and customer service operations
• Implement ServiceNow configurations that improve process efficiency and increase operational visibility for stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and engage with clients to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Utilize at least 4 years of hands-on experience to troubleshoot, customize, and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and App Engine modules
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through client-facing interactions and project collaboration
