As Cloud & DevOps Lead with banking organization , you will shape the next generation of cloudplatform services supporting mission-critical banking applications. About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of a broad cloud services landscape-ranging from platform engineering and CI/CD enablement to container orchestration and identity management. You will work closely withcross-functional teams to deliver stable, compliant, and modern cloud solutions that meet stringent financial industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, engineering, and strategic roadmap of the cloud platform, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies.
• Introduce modern architectural patterns, engineering guidelines, and operational playbooks to drive consistency across the platform.
• Optimisation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation practices.
• Strengthen DevOps capabilities to improve software delivery velocity, reliability, and end-to-end automation maturity.
• Ensure seamless integration of DevOps tooling across development, testing, and production environments.
• Management of hybrid container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift or Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Oversee cluster operation, service mesh integration
• Ensuring cloud and platform security is complying to regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on cloud experience, with deep knowledge of Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP.
• Proven background in building and maintaining sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code expertise (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Solid experience running enterprise-grade container platforms (OpenShift, AKS).
• Good knowledge in scripting using python, Bash or powershell
• experience working with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
• Good grasp of API, Load balancers, etc
