Job Summary

We are looking for an Engagement Manager / Project Manager with experience in ServiceNow (ITAM, ITOM, ITSM). You will lead projects that improve IT service management systems and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with different teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver ServiceNow projects aligned with business goals.
• Oversee implementation of ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM modules.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, change logs).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT service management.
• Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing ServiceNow projects (especially PSDS and CSM).
• Good understanding of IT service management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Familiar with project management tools and methodologies.
