Therole will be responsible for supervising operations in data centers byoverseeing system performance, monitoring infrastructure, ensuring securitycompliance, managing incidents, conducting audits, reporting to seniormanagement, collaborating with external vendors, and implementing policies andprocedures.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor critical systems and ensure operational stability, includingservers, storage, network devices, databases, and applications.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizingproblem-solving skills and collaboration with IT teams.
3. Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard against cyber threatsand adhere to industry standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
4. Manage vendor relationships, coordinating contracts, billing, and servicerequests efficiently.
5. Prepare regular reports on system status, incident analysis, and other keymetrics for senior management review.
6. Conduct internal audits to identify potential risks or areas of improvementwithin the data center environment.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective operation andmaintenance of data center facilities.
8. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainabilityinitiatives.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies andenhance overall data center operations.
10. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in their professionaldevelopment.

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orrelated field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale data center operations.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, networking concepts, andvirtualization technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, SCOM, or Nagios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
