Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infoblox DDI & Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and enterprise networking. The role involves administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and Day-2 operations of Infoblox and Cisco network environments, ensuring high availability, performance, andsecurity of network services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Infoblox DDI solutions including configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and software lifecycle management.
• Manage DHCP services using Infoblox, including scopes, reservations, options, and issue resolution.
• Administer IP Address Management (IPAM) for IP planning, subnet management, utilization tracking, and auditing.
• Manage and maintain DNS services using Infoblox: A, CNAME, NS, and external DNS records
• Perform Infoblox Endpoint (Thin Client) administration and lifecycle management.
• Execute BloxOne Day-2 operations, monitoring, maintenance, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for DDI services.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models, including layer functions and network design principles.
• Configure and support routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
• Support WAN technologies: Private/Leased Lines, MPLS
• Configure and troubleshoot switching technologies: VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP
• Apply advanced networking concepts: 802.1X, GRE, DMZ, VPNs, VLAN configurations
• Perform network packet capture and trace analysis for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless 9800 WLC (Day-2 operations).
• Understand RF fundamentals including: Radio frequency behavior, signal strength, interference, and AP placement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in large enterprise network environments.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and architectures.
• Experience supporting production network infrastructure.
• Infoblox certification (CDDI, BloxOne, or equivalent)
• Experience with BloxOne Cloud Services
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
