Job Description

We are looking for an F5 SME (L3) to provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and optimization of F5 BIG-IP load balancing solutions in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on L3 escalation support, complex issue resolution, and platform stability, within an existing F5 setup.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM)
• Advanced troubleshooting of L4/L7 traffic flows
• Experience with virtual servers, pools, health monitors, persistence, and SSL offloading
• Ability to handle L3 escalations, incident RCA, and performance issues
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL)

Nice to Have

• F5 certification (preferred)
• Exposure to iRules and F5 WAF / security modules
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments

This is an L3 SME role focused on advanced support and optimization. It is not a network architect role.
