Product Strategy & Roadmapping

• \tDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• \tConduct market and competitive research to uncover customer needs and business opportunities.

• \tLead requirements gathering, prioritization, and creation of product specifications.

Product Development & Delivery

• \tDrive end to end product lifecycle: planning → development → launch → optimization.

• \tTranslate business processes into digital workflows and intuitive product experiences.

• \tManage product release plans, testing, iterations, and performance tracking.

Business & Operational Excellence

• \tUtilize strong corporate management background to enhance digital product scalability.

• \tOptimize workflows and streamline processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

• \tEnsure product designs align with operational feasibility and long term sustainability.

Requirements

• \tMinimum 5 years of experience in business development or digital product in Asia pacific regions

• \tBachelor's Degree in Business or related field

• Proven experience in cross team coordination, process optimization, and project delivery.

• \tExcellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and ability to perform under pressure.

• \tCandidate must be comfortable to travelling to Asia Pacific regions every quarter
