• ITSM Module Expertise: Ability to flawlessly design, document, and implement the ITSM module with a CSDM-aligned CMDB.
• Experience setting up ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to find servers, network devices, and applications. • Able to read and understand network diagrams and basic security concepts (like firewalls, subnets, and access controls).
• Experience in large-scale implementations (multi-country rollouts)
• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified in at least 2 or more ServiceNow modules -CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITBM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SecOps, CIS-GRC, CIS-HRSD, etc

• Technical Skills:
Knowledge of web-based development languages, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
• Plan and execute Version upgrades and patching; manage update sets; coordinate regression/ATF • Experience: Proven experience in customizations and integrations with enterprise systems, alongside the standard implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.

Good to have:

• Exposure to pre-sales, solutioning, and responding to RFPs for ServiceNow projects
• Experience leading ServiceNow technical teams
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow security and compliance controls (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
