Scope of responsibility
Requirement
- Provide pre and post sales configuration, technical support to sales team, customers and partners on Wireless, Network, Security
- Detail design for data centres, core, distribution, edge networks, network security, WIFI
- Perform site surveys, POC for customers whenever required
- Installation, configuration, commissioning, tech support of Wireless, Networking, Firewall
- Plan improvement and suggest solutions to reduce network faults
- Plan, prioritise and execute planned maintenance on network to support network growth, address software/hardware defects
- Manage and proactively monitor network for optimum network performance
- Service level improvement on Network through design change, monitoring improvement and capacity management
- Monitor and resolve issues related to network
- Responsible for developing and testing new capabilities for wireless, networking, security, and incorporation them into new products for sales
- Provide level 1&2 support
Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of wireless, routers, switches architecture
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in technical configuration & troubleshooting of Huawei, Cisco, or Aruba Data Centre distribution and switches, wireless products
- CCNP or HCIP or ACMP required. CCIE or HCIP is preferred
- Good project management, configuration, troubleshooting skills
