Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement an enterprise-wide automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and redesign workflows to automate repetitive tasks, eliminating bottlenecks.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and choose the right automation platforms (RPA, AI, ML) for the organization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between IT, business units, data science, and operations.
- Implementation: Oversee pilot projects, manage development teams, and ensure successful deployment.
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor success, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Change Management: Educate the workforce and manage the cultural shift, ensuring automation complements human roles.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Software) or Computer Science
- 5-8 years of experience; 3+ years of direct experience as an automation programmer or control engineer.
