Role Description

We areseeking a highly analytical and driven individual to join our Risk Analyticsteam.

Thisentry-level role is ideal for someone with strong logical thinking, attentionto detail, and a passion for using data and technology to build practicalsolutions. You will play a key role in supporting the development andenhancement of Olea's asset allocation tool, which helps optimize investmentdecisions and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and building the assetallocation tool, including data preparation, model implementation, and testing.

• Support the development of simple analyticalmodels and dashboards to improve decision-making.

• Collaborate with technology teams to integratethe asset allocation tool into production environments.

• Perform basic quantitative analysis to identifytrends and insights that inform allocation strategies.

• Document processes and methodologies clearlyfor internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to maintaining data quality andintegrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative disciplinesuch as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in data analytics,financial modeling, or similar roles (internship experience is welcome).

• Basic proficiency in Python and SQL for datahandling and analysis.

• Familiarity with statistical concepts andoptimization techniques is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingnessto learn new tools and technologies.

• Good communication skills and ability to workcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in trade finance and asset allocationstrategies is advantageous.
