Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle On-prem Supply chain and OTM/GTM cloud Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM and on-prim SCM modules. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, assist users, and coordinate with Oracle support to resolve service requests efficiently.

• Application Support & Troubleshooting: Expertise in resolving issues for Oracle Cloud and on-prem E-Business Suite applications, ensuring smooth operations across APAC region working hours through incident management, root cause analysis, and user assistance.
• Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Modules: Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management
• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) & Global Trade Management (GTM): Cloud configuration and implementation
• Integration Knowledge: APIs, Web Services, Middleware for Oracle Cloud/EBS
• Reporting Tools: BI Publisher, OTBI
• Testing & UAT: Functional and integration testing
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver system enhancements aligned with Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite functionalities
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for Service Request (SR) resolution and bug fixes, ensuring timely issue closure and minimal business disruption.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, solutions, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial and supply chain data processing, while performing necessary system updates and validations to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• Perform system configurations, execute data loads, and assist with functional testing during patching and upgrade cycles to ensure smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
• Ensure compliance with security and control policies across Oracle Cloud applications, maintaining data integrity, access controls, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
