o Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

o At least 5 years of experience in system development.

o Mid-level developer with experience in technical delivery and user training/coaching, including:

• Basic enablement sessions

• Hands-on workshops

• Continuous mentoring

• Technical Skills (Mandatory):

o Experience in Power Automate and/or UiPath

• Additional Skills (Advantageous):

o Microsoft Copilot

o Tableau - dashboard development, data modelling

o Snowflake

• Core Competencies:

o Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
