Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure solutions (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls), ensuring alignment with project and business requirements
- Document detailed network architecture, deployment, and migration plans for customer projects and internal operations
- Work closely with cybersecurity, systems, and application teams to deliver secure, integrated, and scalable end-to-end solutions
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network systems across multiple environments
- Lead or participate in financial sector projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards
- Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, and contribute to establishing network architecture standards
- Take ownership of maintaining and managing existing customer networks, ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs
- Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise clients, including handling escalations, troubleshooting, and driving strategic network improvements
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to meet evolving business needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in enterprise networking roles
- Strong hands-on experience with networking products and protocols (Huawei, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.)
- Solid understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, and VoIP
- Proven experience in projects within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong ability to draft and present comprehensive network deployment and implementation plans, tailored to enterprise and financial sector environments
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning
- Relevant certifications preferred: HCIP/HCIE, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, AWS Networking Specialty, etc.
