Main Responsibilities

• Part of the CapitaLand Infra Operation team toprovide support for all activities related to network infrastructure and cloudplatform

• Provide technical knowledge and perspective toprovide support and management of the infrastructures for Network Services andHybrid Cloud hosting

• Work with CapitaLand project teams, vendors andmanagement to ensure a smooth and secured running of Cloud network services.

• Monitor Cloud Network Infrastructure according tostandard operations procedures.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area ofdesign, deployment, operation and management of enterprise and cloudinfrastructure.

• Collaborate within the team to improve theoperational automation for hybrid cloud platform.

• Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, andresolution of cloud service issues

• Coordinate with development, security, and IT teamsto support cloud-based applications and projects

• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance,availability, and security to ensure optimal operation

• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiencyand reduce manual operations within the cloud environment

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer orElectronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

• Certification/experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or equivalent cloud platforms will be preferred
• Experience in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google) migration, operation and administration

• Good understanding of Network Services in publiccloud platform ( e.g UDR, Virtual Gateway,etc)

• Experience working with routers, switches, provisioning, firewalls andsecurity

• Experience in one or more virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Possess hands-on experience and good technical skills with proven track records in IT infrastructure and/or emerging IT technologies engineering in the following area: Platform, storage, database and virtualization, Cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), Container technologies like Dockers, Kubernetes
• Strong working knowledge and ability to apply architecture concepts, frameworks and methodologies to projects
• Good written and verbal communication, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
