Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Overseas Travel: Consult with clients to define business processes and software requirements. This role requires occasional travel to visit and support client offices overseas as part of project delivery.
• Solution Design: Design tailored application/software solutions, including functional specifications and system architecture.
• Project Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for custom development, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Technical Development: Develop, customize, and integrate software applications or low-code solutions based on client specifications.
• Support & Training: Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT Consultancy, Solutions Analysis, or Software Development.
• Strong experience in custom application development and software customization.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and development frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
