My client is seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, data engineering, and model deployment, combined with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Data Engineering: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for AI systems.
• Deployment & Scaling: Implement models into production environments using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI into business workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Track model accuracy, fairness, and efficiency, making iterative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
