Job Title: Junior IT Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Engineer to support our IT infrastructure and assist with day-to-day technical operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates starting their career in information technology and looking to gain hands-on experience in systems, networks, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues)

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals

Assist in setting up and maintaining networks (LAN/Wi-Fi)

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues

Support software installations, updates, and patches

Maintain IT documentation and inventory records

Assist senior IT staff with projects and system upgrades

Follow IT security policies and report potential risks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)

Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addresses, routers, switches)
