Position Overview As a Data Analytics & Regulatory Reporting Automation Specialist, you will be part of the client's Data Analytics & Regulatory Reporting Automation team, supporting the transformation of manual, fragmented reporting processes into robust, scalable, and automated data solutions. You will work closely with client business stakeholders, IT teams, and multiple vendors to deliver data-driven improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve measurable business outcomes. The role requires a strong balance of hands-on analytics delivery, stakeholder engagement, and data governance awareness.

Technical Skills o Hands-on experience with data analytics and automation tools such as:

• o Alteryx
• o Power BI o Or equivalent ETL and BI platforms
• o Strong understanding of data analytics workflows, reporting automation, and dashboard development.
• o Experience creating and documenting data models and ETL processes.

Business & Delivery Skills

• o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in client-facing environments.
• o Proven experience in:

Data Governance & Compliance

• Experience supporting audit-ready reporting and controlled data environments (FSI / regulated industries preferred).
