Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing online marketing strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience across social media, content creation, KOL collaborations, and digital campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Support basic content creation such as captions, simple visuals, and short-form videos

Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic enquiries or comments

Research, identify, and reach out to relevant KOLs / influencers for potential collaborations

Assist in coordinating KOL campaigns, including communication, content timelines, and deliverables

Track KOL performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions where applicable)

Assist with digital campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives

Help track and compile overall digital marketing performance metrics

Conduct basic market and competitor research

Support website updates, newsletters, or other digital marketing tasks when required

Perform administrative and ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer marketing
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools is a plus
• Comfortable with outreach and professional communication (email, DM, WhatsApp)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
