To maintain integrity of master data stored in SAP bysupporting data profiling, data patching/rectifications/correction andreporting, and be responsible for the following:
a. Profile and analyse data for issue and discrepanciesusing existing available tools in the environment, such as SAP HCM, SAP ad hocqueries or through SQL or Microsoft office tools where necessary.
b. Provide analysis and consultation services to addressoperational issues, provide resolution to data problems and perform datarectifications.
c. Support audit queries, investigation and resolution ondata issues. Analyse and profile data to investigate issues and strategies onresolution to address audit findings. Perform the data rectification whererequired.
d. Coordinate with the data owner, including ground unitsand HRSD (Human Resource Systems Department), for HR events whereman-in-the-loop decision is required, and to perform the deletion and insertionof HR events sequentially to ensure data integrity.
e. Prepare data reports and statistics to present toAuthority for review and endorsement.
f. Generate data reports based on requests and requirementsfrom Authority. The Supplier shall work with Authority on the agreed timelinefor completion and adhere to the agreed timeline.
g. Provide operations support for NS Tax Relief and NS Homeprograms, including UAT for CRs.
h. Perform data patching, configuration, and reports basedon requests from MINDEF/SAF agencies. The Supplier shall be responsible forcompletion of service requests (estimated number of 400 service requestsmonthly) based on the timeline stipulated by Authority.
i. Perform Data Quality Assurance. Supplier shall beresponsible for performing Data Quality Assurance tasks such as profilingreports on regular schedule. Number of reports to run depends on the number ofsets of data, not exceeding 50 active reports.
j. The Supplier shall review, propose and update changes tothe documentation where necessary. Examples of documentation are:
i. Standard Operating Procedures
ii. Service Request Templates
iii. Approval documents from Authority
iv. Data Catalogue
k. Coordinate with Helpdesk to ensure requests areregistered and completed within the timeline stipulated by Authority.
l. Provide support to Interface team to raise internalrequest for data patching when required.
m. Provide support to Interface team to perform datapatching and file deletion requests when required.
n. Coordinate with Authority to address data quality issues.
