Job Responsibilities
(1) Supervise ongoing project from a QAQC perspective;

(2) Manage project quality to ensure full compliance with codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and QMS requirements;

(3) Execute quality control basing on approved materials specification, Method of Statement (MOS) and Works Quality Plan/ Inspection Test Plan (ITP);

(4) Conduct regular in-process inspections to ensure works are in accordance to BCA's Good Industry Practice and QM/ CONQUAS standard;

(5) Issuance of non-conformance report (NCRs) and monitor subcontractors' performance across all trades to ensure defects are properly rectified;

(6) Attend regular site meetings - to update, highlight, implement and enforce quality related matter;

(7) Manage all correspondences and documentation related to quality matters;

(8) Prepare unit defects report upon work completion of each trade and follow up with unit rectification completion;

(9) Perform checks to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for CONQUAS/ QM assessment;

(10) Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/ QM assessments;

(11) Attend to project handover process to Client/ Purchaser/ MA when needed

Job Requirement
(1) Degree related to QA/QC, Engineering, or Construction-related field;

(2) Minimum 5 years QAQC experience in the local construction industry;

(3) Experience in system engineering projects such as chemical dispenser system, factories, power plants, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects;

(4) Strong understanding of ISO standards, QA/QC processes, and international quality systems;

(5) Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
