About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on and solutions-driven IT (Assistant) Manager to support and strengthen ICT operations and drive The Lodge's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ICT Operations & Infrastructure
  • Support or oversee ICT operations including infrastructure, applications, networks, cybersecurity, end-user support and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure high system availability, performance, resilience and proper asset/lifecycle management.
  • Supportand strengthen cybersecurity measures, PDPA compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.

Digitalization & Projects
  • Drive and support the implementation of the Lodge's Digitalization Strategic Plan (DSP).
  • Assist in managing ICT and digitalization projects, including requirements gathering, vendor management, testing and rollout.
  • Review and streamline workflows, processes and data structures to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Data & Reporting
  • Provide timely ICT performance reports, usage trends and data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Governance & Grants
  • Support ICT governance documentation, audit requirements and compliance standards.
  • Assist with identifying and applying for relevant technology grants.

Team & Vendor Collaboration
  • Guide junior ICT staff and coordinate with vendors to uphold service standards and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of ICT experience, including experience in infrastructure, applications or cybersecurity and readiness to take on broader responsibilities.
  • Hands-on, resourceful and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of PDPA, cybersecurity practices and ICT governance.
  • Experience in IT projects or digitalization initiatives is an advantage
