We're seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help execute digital campaigns, generate leads, and support our sales ecosystem. You'll learn from industry experts, gain experience across the full digital marketing funnel, and play a key role in our growth story.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Campaign Execution: Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
• Content Support: Help develop engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and our website to attract and nurture leads.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Use digital tools to identify potential B2B clients (optical retailers) and support the sales team with lead qualification.
• Sales Support: Help manage the digital sales pipeline, prepare sales materials, and follow up on digital inquiries.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights. Prepare basic reports on KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads).
• CRM Management: Assist in maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data and interaction logs.
• Market Research: Monitor digital trends in the optical/healthcare retail space and competitor activities.
Who You Are (Requirements)
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
• A keen interest in digital platforms, social media, and content creation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) or CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
