Position: QC Checker (Electroplating)

Job Responsibilities:

1.\tCheck incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished electroplated products.

2.\tInspect product appearance, coating quality, and basic dimensions.

3.\tRecord inspection results and report defects.

4.\tSeparate and label rejected items.

5.\tFollow quality and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

1.\tBasic education; QC or electroplating experience is an advantage.

2.\tAble to follow inspection standards and instructions.

3.\tDetail-oriented and responsible.

4.\tWilling to work shifts or overtime if required.

岗位职责:

1.\t负责电镀产品的来料,制程及成品质量检验。

2.\t按照检验标准检查外观,尺寸,厚度及表面质量。

3.\t记录检验结果,填写相关质量检验报表。

4.\t发现不良品及时标识,隔离并上报。

5.\t协助生产部门改善质量问题,减少不良率。

6.\t遵守公司质量及安全操作规范。

岗位要求:

1.\t中学或以上学历,有 QC 或电镀相关经验者优先。

2.\t了解基本质量检验流程和标准。

3.\t工作认真细心,责任心强。

4.\t能配合加班或轮班(如需要)。
