Role & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM module, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM module.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SPM module, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in portfolio management and incorporate relevant advancements into the SPM module.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (Min 5 years) in leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Business Management (CIS-ITBM) is advantageous.
