Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Content Creation and Management
   Assist in creating visual assets such as graphics and videos tailored to the beauty and aesthetics industry.
2. Social Media Matter
   Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or messages.
3. Administrative and Coordination Tasks
   Assist in manage calendars, schedules, and documentation related to marketing projects.
4. Website Maintenance Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website, ensuring it reflects current promotions and brand messaging.
5. Customer and Brand Engagement
   Monitor online reviews and feedback to enhance the company's reputation. Engage with customers online to build brand loyalty and address inquiries.

Here's What We Are Looking For

• Enjoyment of working on social media and staying updated on digital trends.
• Flexibility and comfort with working online
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus, but not always required.
• Internships or freelance work is welcomed

Here's What Is Minimally Required

• Higher Nitec or equivalent and above
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Proficient in Chinese/Mandarin will be an added advantage
