Role Overview

The L1 Linux Support Patching Executive will perform routinepatching, monitoring, and maintenance tasks to ensure system stability andcompliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled patching activities on Linux servers.
• Monitor system health, performance, and alerts.
• Log and track incidents and provide first-level troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Maintain documentation for patching schedules and processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in Linux server administration or support.
• Basic knowledge of shell scripting, package management, and system monitoring.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
