Role Overview

This role supports cloud enablement, operations, automation,and optimisation functions, contributing to production resilience and cloudmaturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cloud platform build, support, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Implement automation to accelerate deployment and improve reliability.
• Support network, backup, security controls, compliance, and alerts.
• Collaborate with application teams for migration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Drive incident RCA, KPI reporting, and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in AWS/Azure cloud support/engineering.
• Good scripting foundation (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience in container ecosystem, cloud policy controls, and automation.
• Ability to collaborate in fast-moving DevOps/cloud-first environments.
