Urgently hiring Cloud Engineer L3

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer (L3) to manage and enhance multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS-focused, with Azure/GCP exposure) for commercial and Singapore Government-appointed agencies. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on cloud operations, IaC expertise, OS lifecycle management, security awareness, and the ability to mentor L2 engineers in a high-uptime, audit-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot production workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Support major services: EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch, SSM, AKS, GKE, etc.
• Lead IaC deployments with Terraform/Ansible; resolve pipeline issues and ensure GitOps compliance.
• Oversee OS patching for RHEL and Windows; schedule, automate, validate, and report compliance.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Windows/Linux; perform log analysis and performance tuning.
• Implement CIS hardening, vulnerability remediation, and SSL lifecycle management.
• Support containers & DevSecOps (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, AKS, GKE; SHIP-HATS).
• Handle ITIL/ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Maintain observability tools, dashboards, alerts, and documentation (runbooks, SOPs, CMDB).
• Mentor L2 engineers, lead technical discussions, and act as an escalation point.

• CIS benchmarks, IAM best practices, vulnerability tools (Qualys, Tenable, Trend Micro)
• PowerShell, Bash, Python; cloud CLI
• CI/CD and DevSecOps practices (e.g., SHIP-HATS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years cloud engineering (commercial)
• 2+ years public sector or regulated cloud experience
• Hands-on multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong ITIL background and SG Gov framework familiarity (IM8, SHIP-HATS)
