Role Overview

The L2 Network Engineer will manage and support enterprisenetwork infrastructure, perform troubleshooting, and ensure high availabilityand security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues.
• Implement patching, upgrades, and security measures.
• Collaborate with L3 engineers and IT teams for complex issue resolution.
• Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network security and monitoring tools.
