Role Summary

The Solution Architect will define andimplement architecture strategies that enable digital transformation. This rolerequires strong banking domain knowledge and expertise in enterprisearchitecture, integration patterns, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define IT architecture roadmap aligned with digital strategy.

• Provide solution blueprints and target architecture for IT projects.

• Drive proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies.

• Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability).

• Collaborate with global architecture teams and provide technical guidance throughout SDLC.

• Act as a technical authority in architecture discussions and design reviews.

• Manage risk and compliance with banking regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact, Payment Hub, Triple'A Plus.

• Expertise in microservices, SOA, API design, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture within banking/wealth management.

• Proven leadership in architecture governance and solution delivery.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Enterprise architecture certifications are advantageous.
