Digital Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \rA. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management \r• \tDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple brands to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth. \r• \tPlan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta platforms, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid digital media. \r• \tManage and maintain brand marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, launches, and content drops. \r• \tTranslate business objectives into digital funnels for lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition. \r \rB. Content Production & Creative Management \r• \tSupervise content workflow including filming support, behind-the-scenes capture, captioning (English and Mandarin), and content scheduling. \r• \tCoordinate with videographers, editors, and designers to ensure brand consistency across multimedia content. \r• \tManage storytelling direction for three distinct content verticals: \ro\tEducational and parent-facing communication, performance, and educational content. \ro. short-form social content and community-engagement formats.
\rC. Community & Audience Engagement \r• \tGrow digital communities through organic engagement, interactive content, and platform-specific strategies. \r• \tRespond to audience inquiries, manage comment interactions, and support community-driven initiatives. \r• \tAssist with livestream preparation, social-based activations, and digital event marketing.
\rD. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimisation \r• \tTrack and analyse key metrics including traffic, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. \r• \tPrepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for strategic improvements. \r• \tAdjust content and campaign strategies based on platform data, trends, and user behaviour.
\rE. Cross-Brand Marketing Coordination \r• \tEnsure marketing efforts across education brand, performance brand and growth engine to remain aligned with overall business goals. \r• \tCollaborate with operations, curriculum, and creative departments to support programme launches, workshops, events, and product releases. \r• \tManage vendor, influencer, and partner relationships when required.
\rF. Operational & Administrative Support \r• \tMaintain digital asset libraries, content archives, and workflow SOPs. \r• \tSupport CRM updates, email campaign execution, and marketing-related administrative duties. \r• \tAssist in developing internal systems and templates for future scalability. \r\t \t \r \rREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
\r• \tBachelor's Degree (Hons) in Chinese Studies, Linguistics, Humanities, or related language-focused fields.
\r\to \tQualification is highly relevant due to the need for bilingual \r(Mandarin/English) content creation, parent-facing communication, and cultural messaging across Singapore/Malaysia digital audiences.
\r• \tMinimum 2 years of professional experience in administration, teaching, communications, or content-related roles.
o \tExperience demonstrates strong organisation, structured communication, and workflow discipline. \r• \tProficiency in Mandarin and English with strong capability in bilingual writing, captioning, and communication. \r• \tFamiliarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), audience behaviour, and digital trends. \r• \tStrong organisational, communication, and project-management skills. \r• \tAbility to coordinate with creative teams and manage multiple content pipelines concurrently. \r• \tComfortable learning digital tools (analytics platforms, scheduling systems, CRM tools). \r
