About the Role

We are seeking a Junior IT Engineer to support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of digital and IT systems at construction sites. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates and individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital construction and site technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the monitoring and maintenance of site-based IT systems such as CCTV, workforce management platforms, positioning systems, environmental monitoring tools, equipment tracking systems, and smart devices.

Collect, organize, and assist in analyzing requirements from authorities (e.g., LTA, PUB, CAG, BCA) related to IDD, SMP, innovation initiatives, and digitalization.

Assist in identifying solution providers and participate in product or vendor evaluations.

Maintain and update the IT asset information database.

Prepare reports and support the development and implementation of SOPs.

Assist department leadership with tender-related work and other assigned tasks.

Perform other duties as directed by department leadership.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of IT systems and networking, with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in IT system implementation or maintenance will be an advantage.
