Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Linux Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Linux environments, with a strong focus on RHEL administration and monitoring/observability platforms. The role will involve day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RHEL-based Linux servers.
• Manage and support monitoring and observability platforms/infrastructure.
• Ensure system performance, availability, and security across Linux environments.
• Diagnose and resolve L2-level incidents, working closely with L3 teams where required.
• Participate in change management, patching activities, and routine system health checks.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in RHEL Linux administration.
• Experience managing or maintaining monitoring/observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic monitoring, etc.).
• Good understanding of system performance tuning, logs analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash, Python or similar) is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience using or managing Elastic infrastructure (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, etc.).
• Experience managing Nutanix infrastructure as part of daily operations.
• Exposure to virtualization, storage, and cloud environments is a plus.
