Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain QA documentation and records, and implement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
- Collect, analyse, and prepare reports on quality and service performance data/charts based on established parameters.
- Review NCRs and monitor the follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans with relevant departments.
- Participate in both internal and external audits related to systems and processes.
- Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the companys Quality Management System (QMS) through effective audits and review mechanisms in line with customer quality requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with all QMS documentation, including the Quality Manual, Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions, according to API Q1 standards.
- Handle customer complaints and work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience.
- Familiarity with ISO, API standards is an advantage.
