Roles & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Escalation: Ensure all stakeholders (application owners, infrastructure owners, etc.) are well engaged and conduct timely escalation to prevent delays in the security lifecycle.
- Vulnerability Tracking & Reporting: Follow-up with stakeholders to track and report vulnerability remediation progress across various platforms.
- Remediation Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the complete remediation lifecycle, including verification, documentation, and the re-testing for remediated vulnerabilities.
- Vendor Management: Manage security testing vendors throughout the engagement lifecycle, covering selection, performance evaluation, and feedback provision for services like penetration testing and Red Team exercises.
- Audit & Regulatory Response: Serve as a key resource to respond to inquiries from internal audit and external regulatory bodies pertaining to security testing.
- Global Coordination & Process Improvement: Coordinate with Subsidiaries and Overseas Branches on vulnerability status and collect input from other teams to drive process improvements within the security testing function.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct analysis of testing results and produce professional, actionable management reports.
Requirements:
- Project Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, with a strong preference for experience within the security testing space (e.g., vulnerability assessment, penetrations testing, and red teaming exercises).
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, share knowledge, and work productively with stakeholders having varied interests.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of security testing methodologies and various information technology areas.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
