1) Provide technical support for operations critical hardware and software issues both for in-house and client systems.

2) Configure and install new security equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, and other peripherals.

3) Perform routine maintenance and updates for servers and systems, including backups, virus scans, and software updates.

4) Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and app issues.

5) Assist with on-the-ground operations when needed, including providing support, setup temporary IT infrastructure.

6) Enable system performance monitoring to identify abnormalities proactively and develop capabilities to prevent unexpected system failures.

7) Provide scheduled applications software and hardware maintenance and continuous software operational support such as system recovery, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

8) Provide training and support to users / clients on the effective use of applications.

9) Document all development processes, updates, and enhancements.

10) Perform manual app testing, report bugs to developers, and follow up on fixes and retesting.

11) Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

Job Requirements

• Education:
  Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  Fresh Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience:
  1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field is an advantage.

  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  Excellent communication and customer service skills
  Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
• Work Conditions:
  May be required to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays
  On-call support may be required for emergency situations
  Off-in-lieu will be provided for work performed on public holidays
