• Oversee the overall quality and safety of food products at the Central Kitchen.
• Ensure food products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review, and update quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing quality control procedures.
• Investigate and address customer feedback regarding product quality.
• Verify that all products are produced in compliance with established QA protocols.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operations.
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards consistently.
• Ensure all activities comply with HACCP and AVA/NEA guidelines.
• Supervise and manage all quality assurance activities within the team.
• Support product and process development, including R&D, food tasting, and process improvements.
• Assist in research and development initiatives for new products and processes.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer or Manage
