About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that drive business value. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and business goals to shape product decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align product initiatives with company objectives.

Backlog Management

• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with business priorities.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Ensure development teams understand what needs to be built and why.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to deliver product features on time.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

Execution & Delivery

• Monitor product performance and user adoption; identify areas for improvement.
• Make data-driven decisions and prioritize enhancements based on impact.
• Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and business requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to internal stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to guide future development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in [industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce].
• Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Experience with user research, UX/UI collaboration, or data analysis.
