Data Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Location: Caldecott

My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support their data management, reporting and operational optimisation efforts. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process large datasets in Excel and prepare clear data visualisation charts/tables.
• Support LLM, coding and data-mining projects.
• Handle data requests and maintain an organised, up-to-date data repository.
• Contribute to and implement data-driven strategies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director and Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; PowerBI experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in data analysis or qualitative analysis is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple schedules and project timelines.
